The Lazy Man's Triathlon

For five weeks starting June 1, I'm doing the local YMCA LazyMan Triathlon as my training program. To keep on track for each week I need to swim 1/2 mile, bike 22.2 miles, and run 5.2 miles. Not too difficult, but of course I got behind the first week and now after two more weeks I'm about back on schedule.
